Press release: Hotel Carlshamn opens new Spa & Gym & large outdoor seating.

The city of Karlshamn, together with the real estate company Lomma Tegelfabrik and the hotel company Thanda Carlshamn, has signed an agreement on the development of a centrally located Hotel Carlshamn.

Lomma Tegelfabrik´s vision is to make the popular hotel in central Karlshamn a destination. The facility will, among other things, expand its operations with a gym and spa area on the top floor of the house, a so-called rooftop spa, overlooking the water. Lomma Tegelfabrik also plans for a generous outdoor restaurant and construction of modern homes in the central parts of the city.

Karlshamn has a clear vision of becoming a city with 50.000 inhabitants. An increased range of services, more jobs and investments in modern housing contribute to the city´s attractiveness.
- We see that growth is being created in Karlshamn. It is also a market with high potential, which makes it attractive for us to invest in the city, says Johan Tegner, Property Manager at Lomma Tegelfabrik and landlord for Hotel Carlshamn.

Lomma Tegelfabrik and the city of Karlshamn are working to produce a detailed plan for what the expansion will look like.
